2. Eligibility

In order to register an account and use dana93, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dana93 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

• You are registering the Account in your own name and for your own use. Accounts registered on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.

• You have not previously been excluded from dana93, either by your own request (self-exclusion) or by administrative action due to violation of these Terms.

dana93 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To create a dana93 Account, you must complete the registration form available on the Site. During registration, you will be required to choose a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dana93 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3.2 One Account per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on dana93. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dana93 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed through such accounts, and confiscate any balances held in those accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

6. Betting Rules
